We also have a small number of pre-owned Holiday Homes on the park currently available. As they are rarely on the market for very long we do not have a list of the current units on the market. For further details please arrange an appointment at the Park Office where a member of our team can discuss what is available and show you any Holiday Homes of interest.
When you find your perfect Holiday Home we will take it off the market when you pay a refundable deposit. We will not show the caravan to anyone else once a deposit is paid.
A 25% deposit is required and a License Agreement is signed. A gas and electric test are undertaken to ensure the caravan is in working order. After a 5 day cooling off period you are committed to the purchase of the caravan and the balance payment is due. A handover appointment is then booked where all required documentation is due and the balance payment is made. The keys are then handed over and the Holiday Home is yours
For your further peace of mind we give you 5 days after purchasing your caravan holiday home to ensure that everything works as it should.
